Proje ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, italya, Portekiz, Kuzey Makedonya, H\u0131rvatistan ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den be\u015f kurulu\u015fu i\u00e7eriyor ve ebeveynlerin ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fimleri boyunca desteklemedeki teorik ve pratik bilgilerini zenginle\u015ftirecek bir dizi en iyi uygulama se\u00e7ti ve geli\u015ftirdi. Platform \u00e7ok basit ve sezgisel bir aray\u00fcze sahip ve 3 \u00fccretsiz ve indirilebilir ara\u00e7 sunuyor.<\/p><p>Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden ilki \u201cEn iyi erken m\u00fcdahale egzersizleri ve geli\u015fimsel izleme uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in k\u0131lavuzlar\u201d d\u0131r. Bu belge, Avrupa ve d\u00fcnyadaki en iyi erken m\u00fcdahale uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu alanlar\u0131n her biri, \u00e7ocu\u011fun ebeveynler ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7in ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini te\u015fvik etmek ve o alan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli bile\u015fenlerinin her birinin geli\u015fimini desteklemek ve te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ve \u00f6nerileri i\u00e7eren indirilebilir iki dosyaya sahip olacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>Tarama uygulamas\u0131 ise ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re olas\u0131 geli\u015fimsel gecikmeleri de\u011ferlendirmek ve izlemek i\u00e7in bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.
